Withdrawal and refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights
Cancelling stops future subscription charges. Withdrawing from a purchase and requesting a refund are different. Here is how each works and which consumer rights apply.

Crypto Foundations
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Crypto Foundations is paid digital content delivered immediately, CBC asks you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends when delivery begins.
After valid immediate delivery begins, CBC does not offer a voluntary change of mind refund. This does not limit mandatory rights if the course is not delivered, is inaccessible, is defective or does not conform to the contract.
Market Pulse
Crypto Foundations includes one 60-day Market Pulse benefit per buyer, at no additional charge. Every buyer must claim it in Start Here. The course purchase alone does not start or extend a Pulse subscription. New Pulse members start their 60 days when they complete the claim and agree to $39 per month afterward unless cancelled. Existing paid Pulse members claim 60 extra days on their current subscription, keeping remaining paid time and existing renewal terms. No second subscription is created. Cancelling Market Pulse does not remove course access, which remains while CBC operates and maintains it.
If you have a paid Market Pulse subscription, you may cancel it through your member account at any time before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the period already paid. CBC does not offer a voluntary refund for a subscription period that has already begun.
Consumers normally have 14 days from entering a service contract to withdraw. Starting an ongoing service does not, by itself, remove this right. If you expressly request that service begins during that period, a proportionate charge may apply where legally permitted. Mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, billing errors, non delivery or nonconforming digital services remain unaffected. Where the law requires a refund or proportional reimbursement, CBC will provide it.
